Pentart Decoupage Varnish & Glue Matte SMALL

Water-based glue and varnish in one for decoupage technique that dries matte. Spreads easily and evenly. Apply the varnish and glue on the top from your rice paper or napkin.

100 ml / 3.4 oz

Soak regular paper before gluing it. On the top, apply from the center moving to the sides removing the air bubbles.

This work very well with Decoupage Queen rice paper.
