Shipping Policy:

  • We offer shipping at a flat rate based on order value in charge below to the USA and actual shipping to Canada.
  • We ship our products within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.
  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can track your package's delivery status. Check the email you used when ordering.
  • We ship our products to addresses within the continental United States & Canada only.

Shipping Prices:

Canada based on actual rate to deliver first class.

Returns Policy:

  • There are no refunds for membership enrollments after payment is processed. Please cancel your membership BEFORE your next autocharge date to stop payments.
  • For craft supply purchases: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a product return return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us.
  • We will process your refund within 3-4 business days of receiving your returned item.
